Well said. I’ve always been a stranger in a strange land. Many people think of me as a deranged hick bastard, until they find out I am more intellectual than they. Then they are somewhat offended that someone that isn’t as pretty as them is smarter than them. People are strange that way. I don’t consider myself a prepper , just an occasionally lonely vet and philosopher that stays out of town as much as possible.

Thank you for your post my brother. I always knew that I was not like everyone else, but I thought I was the only one. As time goes by I find more and more people who believe like I do. You are a great example of that. The internet is drawing the like minded together. We will survive.

hey man,just saw your vid,great work.i watch as much as possible to learn on prepping,for when shtf i hope to be ready,and i will be.thanks to all of you men on u tube i know im right in prepping.still need help on food storage so any knowledge you want to share will be great.here what i did so far,have 50 acres of property,way out of the way,bought all my seeds for veggies,bought all the guns,bought the ammo,bought chickens,bought cows,bought pigs,bought the fortress,need to reinforce it somewhat,lol.i believe when shtf all hell will break lose,no friends,no relatives,i am hunkering down,survival mode 100%.dont know what all the bs is about on the vids,but just know you did help guys like me out.anyway,good luck,buddyboy

Very well said! You’re right on the money… always been that way and always will be. The older I get the more I don’t fit in with this plastic matrix of a world, but that comes with the territory and I’m just fine with it.

@nicholas – I can also relate to your comment. One way or another we’re drawn and connected to those like minded “Men of Integrity”.

@edward – this post reminded me of a book I read not long ago called the Davinci Method. You might like it… it’s geared to our kind of strange breed.
